The VB was an Italian submachine gun produced by Vincenzo Bernardelli SpA.
History
The Bernardelli VB was manufactured briefly in the late 1940s and offered for international sale. Of the limited number that were made, only 300 were sold. Due to the poor sales of the weapon, no further models were produced.
Design
The VB was a blowback-operated submachine gun based on the Beretta Model 38/44. It featured the addition of a long barrel and five-slot compensator.
