Centrifugalmg1

A Centrifugal machine gun being tested during the 1920s.

A Centrifugal machine gun is a machine gun that uses a swivelling component to rotate the bullets at high speed using centrifugal force. The first known example was the Winans Steam Gun, which was externally powered. Many were designed in the early 20th century and found uneffective at various ranges.
