A Decocker is a device found on a firearm that is used to safely decock the hammer/striker and uses a firing pin block to prevent the weapon firing. With the decocker, the trigger (double action) will only fire by the user.
Examples using a decocker are the Heckler & Koch MK23 and Spectre M4.
