NPO Garni-ler (Armenian: Գառնի Լեռ) is an Armenian defense company.
History[]
Garni-ler was established in the 1990s, after the collapse of the Soviet Union. It is a privately-owned corporation funded by state investments. The company predominantly produces arms for domestic military contracts. It has been alleged that the company also serves the Russian military.
According to one website, Garni-ler was responsible for prototyping a variety of sniper rifles and the production of cartridge links for NSV machine guns.[1]
