The Experimental Model 3, shortened as EM-3, was a British self-loading rifle designed by Major Eric Hall.

The EM-3 was designed in 1947 when Major Eric Hall moved from Australia to England to work at RSAF Enfield. It was a semi-automatic bullpup rifle that utilized the trigger piece from the Bren and the magazine of the Lee-Enfield SMLE. It was to be chambered for a .303 Rimless cartridge that was never developed. The ejection port would eject rounds over the firer's shoulder. Ultimately, the design was scrapped in favor of Stefan Janson's EM-2 and Stanley Thorpe's EM-1.
