The Kachin sniper rifle is a sniper rifle of Burmese origin. It is manufactured within the Kachin State and used by the Kachin Independence Army.

Overview[edit | edit source]

This sniper rifle is a modification of the Kachin K-09. It has a long barrel with a perforated shroud and sniper stock, and is fitted with a scope and bipod. It is issued with shortened 20-round magazines.

The weapon's actual designation is not known. Some examples are constructed with wooden furniture but are presumably otherwise identical.
