The Leininger chest plate gun was a prototype clandestine 16 barrel volley gun intended to be worn under clothing. It is very similar to the previous Schwarz chest plate gun designed earlier. Unlike the previous example, it fires electrically when actuating a hidden switch by the user if held up by an assailant. The weapon was designed by Floyd Ferdinand Leininger in 1941 and patented in 1945.
