The T57 PDW is a 5.7x28mm upper receiver for the AR-15 platform manufactured by the Turkish MKE technical and mechanical facility. It is sold either as a single upper receiver or as a fully assembled weapon.
It uses what appears to be P90 magazines. The original AR-15 magazine well serves as the downwards ejection port.
It was adopted by the Turkish military/law enforcement agencies for experimental use.
