The MK 112 (Maschinenkanone 112) was an autocannon developed in Nazi Germany by Rheinmetall-Borsig during World War II.

It uses an upscaled version of the MK 108's mechanism, and is chambered for 55×175mm shells. It was intended to be installed in the nose of the Messerschmitt Me 262 in pairs (with a load of 25 rounds per cannon), and in the nose of the Arado Ar 234 for night fighter duty. Underwing mounts were also in development for the Dornier Do 335. The MK 112 was not finished in time to see use in the war.

Only 15 prototype cannons were ever manufactured. Ten of them were delivered for testing purposes, while the other five were kept at the factory for improvements based on expected feedback. Of the ten cannons delivered for tests, seven were of an early model weighing 300 kg, and the other three were of a lighter model at 275 kg. They had both proven to be much lighter than the "slightly smaller" BK 5 cannon, which weighed 540 kg.

The projectile to be used by the MK 112 was supposed to weigh 1.2 kg, of which 420 g was reserved for the explosive.

U.S. forces had captured several of the prototype cannons. The data obtained from the weapons were applied to the experimental T78 autocannon.
