The Mambi-1 was a Cuban anti-materiel rifle that was produced by Union de Industrias Militares (UIM).
Overview[]
Not much information can be sourced on the Mambi-1 rifle, as it was developed by the Cuban state exclusively for their military. It was a shoulder-fired, top-fed 14.5mm rifle designed for usage against light-armored vehicles. The only known deployment of these guns in action was during the Angolan Civil War in the 1970s and 80s.
