The Szép M1 is currently being used in small numbers by the Hungarian Armed Forces.
Design Details[]
The M1 is a bolt-action bullpup designated marksman rifle. Due to the weapon's bullpup layout, it is more compact than some other sniper rifle or designated marksman rifle platforms.
The weapon uses a 5-round single stack magazine that can chamber 7.62×51mm NATO or 7.62×54mmR. Two barrel lengths are available.
