The Central Design and Research Bureau of Sporting and Hunting Arms,[note 1] better known as TsKIB SOO (Cyrillic: ЦКИБ СОО), is a Russian arms design bureau and manufacturer.
History[]
The bureau was founded in 1946, initially as a branch of the Tula Arms Plant; they were separated in 1958. The company was acquired by KBP Instrument Design Bureau in 1997 and currently acts as their design bureau.
