The VBR C-PDW is a personal defence weapon designed and manufactured by VBR-Belgium.
Overview[]
The C-PDW started life as a submachine gun, designed in 2000. It was chambered for .45 ACP and 9x19mm Parabellum. It was then known as the "C-SMG".
After the development of VBR-Belgium's armour-piercing 9x19mm AP 6.3 round, the C-SMG was re-chambered for this new ammunition, effectively turning it into a personal defence weapon. It has since been re-named as the "C-PDW". It is compatible with a long suppressor, and there is also an alternate model that has an overbarreled 40mm grenade launcher called the C22-1.
